Terms and Conditions

• In the case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Taka Dive reserves the right to adjust or cancel the standard itinerary.
• We recommend the individual purchase of TRAVEL insurance.
• Dive medical and evacuation Insurance is highly recommended for trips with Taka Dive. Available on board or on land at a cost of $25AUD (Cod Hole Tour) or $30AUD (Coral Sea Tour)
• Certain medical conditions or medication can preclude some people from diving, please contact Taka Dive if more information is required.

Cancellation: The cancellation fees are as follows:

• 20% cancellation fee 30 days or more prior to departure.
• 50% cancellation fee if within 30 days prior to departure.
• 100% cancellation fee within 14 days prior to departure.
• Schedules subject to change without notice
